Even familiar products do not always have assembly guides which are up to date, either of parts of the entire thing. The lack of necessary blueprints in difficult situations can significantly impact the solution to an issue. Design and modelling can be carried out with on-site components if necessary, and with the help of finished blue prints we can also respond to part requirements. Good planning facilitates efficient product development and modernisation without long periods of stagnation. Supervision of fitting works ensures the smooth flow of the project, and allows the client peace of mind.

At our disposal are modern tools for supervision and reporting, which enables our clients to remain up to date with progress at all stages of the project. Our responsible installation supervisor can acquire all the necessary materials for a project if required. Our building site and installation supervisors are appropriately qualified and certified, and we respond to developments in our field with continuous training.

The welding methods we use are Tig, Mig/Mag, and stick welding. We weld steel, stainless steel, and acid-proof steel, as well as aluminium, and our welding processes adhere to the EN 1090 standard requirements, according to which a third party is called in to inspect quality. Our capabilities are strengthened by qualifications in welding coordination.

Our engineers’ qualifications include pressure welding (PED) certifications. Our range of welding services equipment includes pressurised pumping and tanks, specialised replacement welders, steel structures, hard coatings, and welding configurations.

We provide maintenance, fitting, and servicing ranging from individual projects to comprehensive service contracts. Our business is based on understanding and promoting our clients’ business operations, as well as their efficient upkeep.

We fit electric motors, hydraulic cylinders, mechanical transmissions, pumps, conveyors, steel structures, service platforms, stairs, and banisters. By installing the products we produce, fitting is guaranteed to be effortless and the ensemble to be efficient.
We also provide installation foreman services for installations and servicing.

We manufacture and install various steel structures and configurations for the needs of construction and industry. Production and installation of load-bearing steel structures is done under the EN 1090-1 standard for which we have CE registration rights in implementation classes EXC 1 and EXC 2. Manufacturing is project-based or done by contract based on builders’ specifications and designs.

We manufacture and install e.g. various load-bearing beam structures, pipe bridges, crane tracks, service levels, and steel stairs and railings. We also provide designing services for load-bearing steel structures, and in addition to our own quality assurance, a third party is brought in to inspect the quality of our work.

We also offer demolition services for old steel structures.
